HOW TO TEST YOUR SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY / MOBILITY
Your shoulder joint has the greatest range of motion in the whole body – but for this reason it is generally the most vulnerable joint in terms of injury!
So it is vital that we keep our shoulder joint flexible and mobile.
HOW TO TEST YOUR SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY / MOBILITY:
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Flatten your back onto the floor. Lower your arms overhead. Keep your elbows fully locked (don’t even let them bend a tiny bit). Make sure your back stays flat.
Can you touch your thumbs on the floor?
If you can’t then you need to work on your shoulder flexibility / mobility.
