Using a foam roller is a fantastic way to relieve tight / sore muscles and reduce injury – but so many people don’t use them correctly.

 

THIS SIMPLE TIP WILL TRANSFORM YOUR FOAM ROLLING!

 

And here it is……stop rolling!

 

Move on the roller until you find your worst spot, then simply STAY STILL!  Hold on that spot and try to relax.

 

When the soreness eases, move to the next spot.
